Creates private channels for support between users and staff.

/dashboard/manage → Tickets → Add Panel

  • Claim: Assign ticket to yourself
  • Close: Close and archive
  • Transcript: Save the conversation

Enable in the panel for:

  • Auto-responses to common questions
  • Response suggestions for staff
  • Automatic categorization
