AI Assistant
The AI responds to questions in authorized channels using your Knowledge Graph.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”/dashboard/manage → AI Settings

| Valid Channels | Channels where the AI can respond |
| Moderation Channel | Channel the AI references for moderation context |
| Staff Role | Role the AI recognizes as staff/moderators |
Moderation Channel
Section titled “Moderation Channel”Create or select a channel where moderation rules and guidelines are posted. The AI will use this content as context when answering moderation-related questions.
Staff Role
Section titled “Staff Role”Create or select a role for your staff/moderators. The AI will recognize members with this role and can reference them when users need human assistance.
Knowledge Graph (Premium)
Section titled “Knowledge Graph (Premium)”Add custom knowledge in /dashboard/knowledge
